First of all, this is what the translation software translates, sorry it may cause reading problems.

I have a question why the game "Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Shadow of the Tomb Raider" is not recognized properly and automatically in the AMD software with the adaptive driver. If the problem is indeed caused by a bug, please fix it as soon as possible, thank you.

You have to assign which graphics is used for the game in Windows settings.

Settings / System / Display  and scroll down to Graphics:
