amd Ryzen 7 3700X
DDR 3200 Mhz 16 gb
Fresh Windows 10 install, AM4 chipset Driver Installation, "whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-23.3.1-win10-win11-mar7" installation, got a message could not load Driver , installation finished, reboot WIN driver active. Cleaned all with DDU in safe mode. still cant use my new GPU. same issues
