Hi, I got my pc assembled 3 months ago and it has been running without any issues until today. I decided to reinstall Windows and drivers, then I encountered a problem with the audio system. The audio often freezes, get distorted or missing sounds for seconds even on simple tasks like playing YouTube videos (also happens in gaming).
Below is my specs:
- Chipset: SI AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D T ray AM5 8x4,2GHz 120W 104MB Cache
- GPU: 16GB AMD RADEON RX 7900GRE
- Mainboard: SI 35266 ASROCK RX 7900GRE Challenger 16GO DDR6
- RAM: DDR5 AM5 PC6000 Kingston 32GB KIT (2x16GB) CL30 Fury Beast
- Window 11 pro
Knowing that this is a common issue with AMD systems, I have tried several fixes but the issue persists, including:
- Clean everything with DDU in safe mode & install all matched drivers on AMD official page
- Trying out different chipset drivers
- Trying out different gpu driver & adrenaline versions (23, 24, 25 etc..)
- Not install adrenaline at all
So far I just tested with several bluetooth headphones (I don't have external speakers), they have the same issue. At first I thought it could be my monitor but the issue persist even when the monitor not plugged.
Also I wanted to try what if I clean everything with DDU and not install any driver to see if the issue is still there but the system keep installing drivers.
I'm so desperate, please help to guide me how to investigate and resolve the issue.
