Hi guys. I recently bought the 7800 xt (sapphire pure). Everything was working fine until i started playing counter strike 2. Everyday on my first match it crashes mid game, screen goes to desktop and i have to close the game by ending task. When this crash happens, i get a notification that there was a driver timeout and all my gpu tuning goes to default.

The computer is new everything is working fine i have lian li trinity 360 aio cooler, lian li 216 case, very good temps.

I have undervolted and overclocked but this only happens in CS 2 for now. 

Games tested: Returnal, League of Legends, Guardians of the galaxy

Specs: 7800x3D, 5600 MHZ CL 32 RAM, MB: B650 ASROCK PRO RS, 7800 XT

Same problem with sapphire nitro+ 7800xt , did you find a fix for it ?

I have also the Sapphire Radeon RX 7800 XT NITRO+ and got same issue, 1 or 2 black screens while playing CS2.

I have to spam (Alt+Tab / Ctrl+Alt+Delete / Ctrl + Shift + Esc ) to close the game.

I tested a lot of drivers with or without adrenaline software.

My build is:

Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Asus TUF X670E-Plus

32GB Flare 6000mhz CL30

Corsair RM850

Sapphire Radeon RX 7800 XT NITRO+

I also use and Ozone 240Hz Monitor (DP)
