I cannot resume from 1) computer going to sleep or 2) screen turning off.

7700x x670e 32gbDDR5 RX6650xt 22.40.37.01 w11

1) If computer goes to sleep, I have to restart.  It will then go into a strange low resolution mode AND the resolutions will be completely locked out.  The only way to fix it to do a complete system restore.

2)  If its just the screen turning off, then I will have to restart the computer to get back to windows.

Hi. I have almost the same specifications as you. Try disabling ULPS i regedit. That helped me.
