Hi,
I found a strange issue with 6950XT on numerous Adrenalin versions(not just the latest)
Issue:
Adrenalin crashes when staring games(not really specific to any), sometimes I got the window of the driver crashed, but most of the time, it only shows black screen, and only reset helps.
HW:
AMD 7950X
Asus ROG B650E-F
Kingston Renegade 2x16gb 6000mhz
Samsung Pro 960
Corsair RM1000X
SW:
Windows 10 Pro (updated to latest)
I used default config on the GPU in Adrenalin, never been OC'd or UV'd.
First, I thought it is a GPU error, but today I DDU'd the whole Adrenalin stuff, and installed the latest with 'Driver Only' setting. Guess what!? Games that has been crashing before, works fine, no issues.
AMD pls fix? 🙂
Or is it user error?
