My 6900xt is connected directly to s95b samsung qd-oled via ultra speed hdmi cable to enjoy 120hz and vrr which are absent in my avr with hdmi 2.0
So i use earc option in the tv to passthrough audio to the avr
But i have 2 problems
1.When i set the speaker output in windows 10 sound options to 5.1 i get absent rear channels and subwoofer audio
2.When i set it to dolby atmos i get an error
Apparently lots of ppl have earc issues with the rx 6000 series, i tried every troubleshooting mentioned on google by other users but none worked
Tried other drivers, used ddu, used another cable, cru edid mods, also tried the earc option with other devices, tv apps and it works flawlessly
Anyone having similar issues, please share it
