I bought an Asus Dual 6700 XT about 6 weeks ago and my wallet is still empty... and I've been having all sorts of issues with video playback and corruption in Fallout 76 as well. I have dual LG 27GL850-B monitors connected via DisplayPort with the desktop spanned across them. When watching videos on YouTube, Netflix, Prime, etc. in a browser the video playback is choppy if I have my second screen powered on. Audio is not affected, just the video. It's worse if the video is set to full screen. As for Fallout 76, I get green pixels as corruption on the lower third of the display, with only one monitor powered on. Game is running full screen with ultra settings. I am able to play Cyberpunk 2077 and other games without these issues, so I'm certain it's a driver issue, not a hardware issue with the card.
I am using the latest drivers on Windows 11 Pro with all updates installed. Same issues across the past 3 driver versions for Windows 11.
