Posted this problem on the AMD thread in reddit but maybe here it will receive more attention. I bet is not only the icons that have this problem but users still didn't noticed it.

. Recording the desktop with any program and watching the video show correct icon color

. Used same driver with the RX480 (no problem with the RX480)

. Tested a Reference model and the MSI Mech but also shows the same dark color

. Only used the HDMI output of the XT

. Without any driver it displays the colors correctly, after installing (the screen blinks) and the wrong color appear.

If image recording works to illustrate this problem, I think there may be two different reasons. 1) The driver applies a color file of the monitor driver or Windows, colors change. 2) The color settings of the display driver are not applied properly.

The latest driver 2020 fixed the cursor problem, not the banding issue.
