5700 XT frametime spike and lighting glitch in Assassin's Creed Unity
First video, you can see the frametime spikes happening every 7 seconds. It's pretty noticeable when running around.Watch from 0:40 onward.

Game is unplayable pretty much.

What works for me is disabling NVIDIA branded options (soft shadows, HBAO+ or something like this).

Use fullscreen setting and high graphics detail for fixing graphic disorder. Soft shadows without MSAA are bad for this game and the same problem exists in nVidia, I guess. In addition, statistics do not indicate a stuttering problem. Using VSYNC with the game and a monitor with FreeSync support will be useful for stuttering problems.

Seems this worked, but i've tested only for few minutes. Will report back when i test more.
It's astonishing that AMD is so incompetent in driver departments, that soft shadows and other graphical options will cause such groundbreaking problem, especially in an older title which in theory SHOULD BE MORE POLISHED. Nothing but problems with these cards.
