There is a known issue with the 6600xt graphics card. The 390Hz option is not available on acer xv252qf 390hz. All owners of this monitor and 6600xt video card speak about it. You can go to the blurbusters forum and see what it is. I installed the first versions of the drivers and the option becomes available, I can set 390 Hz, in later versions of the drivers it is not possible to set more than 360 Hz. Because early versions of the drivers are not optimized, it is a tough choice to play an early version with poor optimization but 390Hz, or a later version with 360Hz but good optimization. At 390Hz, the monitor feels faster, even if it seems like a slight improvement. I ask the AMD team to fix this error in the drivers! Thank you.
