5900x, 128G DDR4 3600MHz, 7900xtx, windows 10 21H2
I've tested few games (dx12, vulkan, dx11), and it appears performance has been gimped really hard in older games (dx11, and some newer titles like quake 2 rtx, doom eternal).
*I didn't see any performance drop in newer games like Hogwarts Legacy.
(Disabling/Enabling the video upscale does nothing in those dx11 titles, and doesn't bring any visual difference "upscale" as far as i can tell.)
(Did a clean setup with ddu - for now reverted to preview driver)
