23.2.2 VRAM Clockrates go "higher" than they should..

So i own a RX6600 and installed the 23.2.2 drivers. I then noticed when having HWInfo (but also in the Radeon Settings) ran in the Background that it sometimes would report higher Max-Clockrates on the VRAM than there should be. In my Case it would go up to 2048MHz, when it basically should max out ~ 1750MHz. It seems like a wrong reading because sometimes it would report only 0MHz and won't change (no matter what.. even when playing it would then show 0MHz). So my guess is something is off with the Monitoring in this driver.

Maybe some users might test it out and report it just as i did.

So i investigated this further. You can kinda reproduce the issue easily by running OCCT VRAM Test (put the slider to the max VRAM) for about 10 minutes. Then check your max reached VRAM Frequency.

I'd appreciate it if someone else with an RX6600 could give it a shot and report it in case it happens as well.
