hi i recently updatyed to 21.3.1. since the update the screen is all over the place. sometimes it freezes, sometimes it goes blank and then returns to normal, sometimes it can go go black and needs a force restart to get back to normal. can happen when in games and in desktop. games crash when alt tabbed.

i ran both Display Driver Uninstaller and amd clean up utitlity in safe mode, then did a clean reinstall of the driver using the radeon software adrenalin auto isntaller but the bug is still occuring.

i have a raddeon rx 580, 5600x cpu and an asus prime b450-plus mobo

I'm sorry that I cannot help but I am also having these issues with this version on my RX 7900 XTX. 
I made a post here a month ago, but no reply.  I am seriously thinking about selling and going back to nvidia graphics cards.

Are you sure you meant version 21.3.1? The latest driver for your RX580 is version 24.9.1. If you meant 25.3.1, then you're using a driver that's not intended for the RX580.
