20.2.1 - 20.2.2 error 211 help

hey 

i have a redeon r7 360 2gb graphics card, and i cannot install any 2020 adrenaline drivers. i have updated my windows to 1909 and i have completely uninstalled the 2019 edition and i have used the amd cleanup utility.

can someone help me? i am open to basicaly all suggestions since i dont have any drivers right now.
