It was really shocking to see the 18.9.3 drivers that come with Forza Horizon 4 support actually gives 25% lower performance than 18.9.2 for my R9 290 at 1920x1080 and 30% lower performance at 6048x1080 Eyefinity resolution.
I can understand if new drivers don't give extra performance for such old GPUs but to actually lower performance THAT MUCH with the promise of supporting the game, is unacceptable.
