run setup, make clean install, it reboot pc and than nothing.
manually run setup from C:\AMD\Win10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2019-Edition-18.12.2-Dec12 didn't work to.

great. now i can't install chipset driver or any other vesion. just updated it few days ago without problems.
i don't remember any major release without such fails.
