xfx merc rx 7800 xt not working

I just built my pc installed windows 11, once windows 11 booted up sometimes my sceern went black then truned back on sometimes.I tryed playing some games but the games would crash or not even load fully and my fps were 12 to 30 for any games that did loaded. I have my monitor in the gpu i checked seveal times.I have a xfx merc rx7800xt with a ryzen 5 7600 my ram is 2 sticks of 16gb ram and a Rm1000e power supply

I suggest that you connect your monitor to your motherboard and start with the built-in graphics of your Ryzen 5 7600 to have a stable system that will allow you to further install drivers.  Once running on the integrated graphics, I would download and install the currently recommended Adrenalin drivers for your RX 7800 XT GPU, which you can find here (the latest 24.12.1 Adrenalin driver is recommended for your GPU).  After that installs, I would shut down your computer, move the monitor cable over to your GPU, and start it up again to see if you have a stable system that you can game on.
