Upgraded motherboard and processor

Please some one help me, i just upgraded my pc to b550 mboard and ryzen 7 5700x after I plugged all the wires. I tried to turn it on but a few second it went off then no more power after that. But sometimes it went on by itself for a sec then off again

Hi, that is very little information for the forum to work with.

 

Make sure every plug is well seated, test the PSU.

 

Share the system specs as well.

Pull the CMOS battery out (removed the PSU power cord first) and leave it out for five minutes.  Then put the CMOS battery back in and connect the PSU power cord.  See if it boots into the BIOS of the motherboard.

Make sure There is no fuse on the power supply.Control all cables and check also power button on pc case.if power comes and goes probably you need to check connections.if you use more than one ram try it with single one.I hope it will help.
