Ryzen Master installed but doesn't installed

I download and install Ryzen Master from amd.com, after install it said that installation was successful but I can't launch Master because... it doesn't install. Install folder is empty, nothing in Win menu. I retried many times but can't install

Check to see if you have administrator privileges with your login account on Windows.

Did you download and install the correct version for your CPU?  There are two versions, one for the 3000 series and newer, and one for the 2000 and older series.  What CPU do you have installed?

That's Ryzen Master in superposition mode for you. Just log on in cyberspace or a nearby dimension and you'll see that the software works just fine.
