Rx6600 BIOS resolution issue

So I have a used HP Omen 30L. It has the moria 3 mobo, locked, cant adjust any bios settings. It came originally with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1660 super. I have upgraded it to a Ryzen 7 3700x cpu and a Powercolor RX6600 gpu. I have added a few fans, new cpu cooler, new NVME, SSD and RAM, all from crucial. It runs well, but I have an issue with my BIOS resolution being stretched off screen as well as my bootload startup screen, and the color is very wrong. Black colors are almost green, and the whole spectrum is just not correct. It does not affect me that much, but my bios has no settings for display, graphics, or resolution. I have reinstalled the 1660 super and found the resolution and color spectrum is normal with that card on the same display monitor. Is there any way to fix my boot screen and BIOS resolution with the new RX6600? I cannot adjust settings or perform bootloads if I needed to, as I cant see the settings I would like to click on. I have done my research and many people state the monitor is usually to blame, but I know that is not my case as the BIOS is displayed perfectly fine with the 1660 super on the same hardware. I have no ability to plug my display in to the motherboard and utilize integrated graphics just for the sake of BIOS usage, or I would just do that. It is a real dilemma, I have 125 dollars into the PC and I have spent a good chunk of cash on upgrades, but overall I feel I have done very well with less than 750 overall into it, and this issue is a real bummer.

I would try clearing the CMOS in the motherboard by removing the battery (with the power plug pulled from the wall socket) and replace that CMOS battery with a new one.  Wait a few minutes before doing so.  That should also clear out the 'lock' you refer to with the motherboard and allow you to make changes.  If you still cannot see all the BIOS screens with the RX 6600, then put the old GTX 1660 back in to make your changes to the BIOS.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".
