I used the AMD Cleanup Utility, and installed the new 24.1.1 Radeon drivers. I understand that this flushes all shader caches, and expected the occasional stutter as the caches were rebuilt, but the stutter was so bad it made my games all but unplayable. Huge frametime spikes were constant, and only got a little better with time. I went back to Radeon version 23.12.1. I'm finding similar complaints on other forums.
Is there a solution for this, other than waiting for AMD to acknowledge and fix it?
