PC CRASHING PROBLEM RX 6750 XT

I recently bought the RX 6750 XT video card from Kabum, along with everything else in my computer. However, since the computer was assembled, I have not been able to play any game because the PC crashes. I spent a month trying to figure out the problem like crazy, until I decided to take it to a technician. The technician saw that the card was very hot, and since the PC was new, it seemed to indicate that it was something with the card. In the software settings, he set the fans to run faster, but that didn't work either, until I decided to watch several videos on YouTube, and saw that people had the same problem as me. I tried to change the undervolt and % of the fans and for a whole day I was finally able to use the PC. And to test, I decided to use the original factory settings, and the PC crashed again, which definitely points to the card. However, the AMD software notified me as follows: "the software detected that the driver timeout occurred on your system". In other words, it doesn't work with undervolt, and it doesn't work without it either. What should I do?

If you system is running that hot, you need to address the cooling issue.  Start by taking off the side panel of your case and get a small external fan hooked up that blows air into the open case.  Why can't you get the company that built the computer to help resolve your cooling problem(s)?
