Is the MSRP RX 9070 XT GPU going to restock, or should we all expect 750 USD+ cards to be true MSRP?

I wasn't lucky enough to get one of the launch day MSRP cards.  Far too many with bots, or maybe just EST schedule gamers purchased those.  I still wonder how many 'unofficial resellers' made a profit off of those cards given the lack of a sales drawing / global line for all buyers / models.

I'm trying to decide if when a retailer near a friend who DOES have a physical store that manages to hold product gets them in stock, if I should follow an earlier forum suggestion of buying that +150 USD model card, rather than holding out hope that they'll (within the next 3 months I hope) get in more entry level models that better match my budget and don't default to wasting more power for a 2% performance increase.

The demand is high and retailers don't want to get stuck with older models, there is nothing cheaper than 800EURO right now and some models getting as high as 1000!

They will discount the 7800XT that can be seen at 500ish and some special promos under 500EURO and that can be very appealing while the 5060 doesn't arrive.

My thoughts are that if people are paying for them now at this price, it's highly unlikely they will go down until a new generation is upcoming

The price will be what the market will bear.  In a free economy, the price will adjust to what people are willing to pay.  However, there are other forces out there that cause fluctuations, such as politics (tariffs, etc.) and scarcity of resources.
