Hello everyone,
I have a AMD Ryzen 7 8745H with Radeon 780M Graphics 3.80 GHz, and I want to upgrade my laptop ram to maximize use. I don't know which RAM should I buy since there is too many to choose from. Hope you can help out. Thank you

The model number should be shown on the back of the laptop. You likely have 2 X 8 GB DDR5-5600MHz (SODIMM) installed but it could also be 2 X 8 GB DDR5 - 4800Mhz (SODIMM), and I suspect you would need to pull those out and replace them with 2 X 16 GB sticks. You should be able to remove a cover plate on the bottom to access the memory and then you can read the label on the memory to determine what you have. Are you sure that you need more than 16GB of RAM? If you have internal graphics enabled, you should disable that in the BIOS to free up the memory that it will grab in Windows. You might then find that you are fine with 16 GB of memory.
Before you do anything, check your owner's manual (maybe go online to download it from the manufacturer's website) and see what slots might be available. Ideally, you want the same speed RAM that's already installed. In some cases, there might be only two small slots and both are occupied with RAM sticks. If that's the case, you'll need to pull those out to install larger capacity RAM sticks.
Please share your laptop model number, including the configuration you have - there are many variations with similar model numbers when it comes to laptops.
Can't find the model number and I have maximize the configuration already.
