Tell us what components you have in your computer.  Is your GPU-1 an actual video card installed in the first PCIe slot?  Did you plug your monitor into the video card or did you plug your monitor into the motherboard (or both)?  Maybe your monitor has several inputs and you need to select the input from the monitor menu.

Finally, if you only want to use the video card (and not integrated graphics from the CPU), then I would disable the integrated graphics in the motherboard BIOS; that would also save power that is wasted if you are not using the integrated graphics capability.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".

As mentioned by @BigAl01 if you have both of your Monitors connected to your Motherboard's Video output then your GPU card won't show.

Also without knowing your PC information especially the Make & Model of your GPU, CPU, & Motherboard it will be difficult to suggest anything except very basic tips.

Open Device Manager and see if both your IGPU and GPU are showing to be enabled without errors. Same in Window Settings - Display.

It is possible that the AMD Driver you have installed may not be compatible with your GPU card thus checking Device Manager or your GPU card is not install correctly or the GPU Power cables are not connected or making good contact.

Once you post your GPU card and APU processor  then it will be easier to find your solution.

Make sure the AMD Driver is compatible with both your IGPU and GPU card.

Make sure in BIOS for GPU that it is showing to be on "AUTO" and not IGPU.  If in BIOS it is on Auto then the moment you installed the GPU card BIOS would make it the Main Display Adapter for your PC and make your IGPU secondary.

It is best to have both IGPU and GPU enabled in Device Manager that way if something happens to your GPU you can always use your IGPU as a backup.

Once you have the correct AMD driver installed run GPU-Z to make sure the driver is correctly installed and showing all the pertinent data. It should show both the IGPU and GPU.
