Freezes and sometimes crashing PC with new AM5 upgraded setup

Hi, i can't solve problem with upgraded setup now for couple of months.

The problem is when i opening some programs like cpuz, hw monitor or installing programs/drivers my computer in some part of this process freezes for around 3 seconds (can't move my mouse) sometimes its just unfreeze and sometimes its crash and restart without any error.

I played couple games and under strees its no problem, also put couple of benchmark for cpu, psu, ram, memory and everything under strees works fine, temperatures are okay.
I can play many hours with no problem but when i open for example game WarThunder everytime after 2 minutes its big freeze and its 50/50 unfreeze or crash and pc restarts, when it unfreeze i can play many hours with no issues.

I also see this freezes when my pc is turning on like i see asrock logo little freezing and windows logo same and after startup sometimes popup the adrenaline software communicate like find some error.

I upgrade my setup from
CPU: i5-8400
COOLER: SPARTAN 3
MOBO: Asrock b360 pro 4
GPU: GTX 1070ti
RAM: DDR4 16gb
PSU: Vero L2 bronze 600w

To new AM5 platform, so i buy: and the problem STARTS HERE

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600
MOBO: ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2
RAM: Lexar Ares, DDR5, 2x16 GB, 6000MHz, CL32 (LD5U16G60C320A-RGD)

And i leave rest like gpu, psu, etc..

So i did:

-Bios updates (2 different versions)
-DDU and new drivers
-Try Pro drivers instahead of Adrenaline
-Try 3 differen Adrenaline software
-Booting with other SSD
-Tests on my ssds using samsung magician
-Many times reinstalling windows, clean with new drivers for everything
-Cleanboots not help and driver updates.
-turning off/on xmp, expo
-windows sfc /scannow
-windows updates
-windows 10 and 11 both same issue
-Put 60hz from 144hz
-booting only on one ssd, then only the other, also with my hardrive detached.
-turning fTPM off
-PBO enable on BIOS
-OPCache disabled/enabled
-CMOS battery reset
-Run RAM Scan from windows tools and no issues
-Try  run IGPU and same issue
-rebuild whole pc and connect all parts one more time

-Buy new PSU 850w gold+ (i think maybe psu cause this but no)
-Buy new GPU RX-7700XT (i think maybe GPU bootleneck cause this but no)

-Only thing that help is to run windows in safe mode and no freezes when opening programs like cpuz, hwmonitor

I have no idea what i can do next.

I think maybe i will buy other ram kit cuz my kit is not on asrock b650m memory QVL but i just want little upgrade my pc and i already buy new PSU, GPU and i don't wanna spend another money on thing thats not 100% will fix my issue..

It looks like a driver problem with one of your devices.  I would go into Windows task manager and look at all the startup programs that are running.  I would then disable the ones (one at a time in-between rebooting) that don't appear to be critical, like those apps that come with motherboards to help you maintain the updates.  Give that a try, allowing time between each reboot to see if the freezing problem persists.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".

Now i have clean setup with fresh win11, adrenaline software, all basic drivers like chipset drivers etc.

i reset bios uefi to default

I turned off startup things (on fresh win11 its not much of startup things)

I do a clean boot now with disable all startup apps and the issue still exists

I also try to change power plans in win control panel but its doesn’t help

Ok, I would focus on the BIOS settings now.  Look for things like Memory Context Disable and TPM-2 as settings to toggle on and off.  Turn off AMD EXPO if you have it enabled.  Of course, do these one at a time, with boots in-between to test the computer stability.

Okay, I disabled memory contexts restore and disable tpm in bios but its not fix the issue

When I first installed windows 11 the unit would start the boot process and act like it stopped at memory test , but it was only configuring the memory , paused like it seemed forever, I reinstalled windows a few time before I realized what was going on.

Let the boot process sit for at least 15 minutes if this is the kind of freeze you are having.

I found a setting to stop this but took a while. and I don't remember what it was .

Hmm it was setting in some stuff like regedit thing? Or bios? Maybe you found it in your memory haha

That was probably the memory learning feature that happens with AM5 builds - but I've built three AM5 computers now and only one takes a few minutes to complete the boot cycle - and the shutdown cycle.  The other two AM5 computers are much faster, but not as fast in booting or shutting down as the old AM4 computers.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".

Was definitely the memory learning.

It is still on fast boot in bios and boots awesome.

I just can't remember what I changed, will have a look through the BIOS and try to refresh my memory.

Being old doesn't always help.🤣

I try disable the fast boot in windows power plan option but its also doesn’t help, maybe try to do some oc with ram voltages? Idk.

I think about send cpu, mobo and ram for guarantee to the service but i think they can just say everything is okay and i will lose so much time

I got to agree with that statement.

Try switching the memory sticks around, and then try just using one memory stick.  Did you replace the Lexar Ares sticks with a new RAM set that's on the QVL for your motherboard?

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".

I switch them, try one memory stick for both stick and its not fix the issue.

I didn’t buy new RAM yet but i think i will do it and check

Okay so i replace ram with new gskill sticks thats on this QVL list of my MOBO and it doesn’t fix the issue.

I try switch m2 slot of ssd but that also doesn’t help.

Now im fine, im gonna make refund of this new ram sticks and im gonna send cpu and mobo to producer for warranty, im rebuild my whole pc to

fix that stupid issue but it still exists 🥲🤣
