Ive bought some parts for my friend who is new to building a PC, I got him the Ryzen 5 5600X connected to an Asus motherboard. We have everything connect and when he turns on the PC, the fan will spin once and stop, and then spins once and then stop, and continues to repeat. He gets a CPU fan error on Bios and have tried to follow a couple videos but still haven’t been able to fix this so far. Anyone have any other recommendations to help? Thanks!
