I don't buy electronics such as CPUs or GPUs from Amazon, due to the high risk of getting a used and returned product.  You never know if the original user has overclocked and increased voltage beyond what the product can manage.  In my opinion Amazon should tell customers they're buying a returned product and set the price lower, not just sell it as new.  Then customers could have a choice of used and new products.

The bottom one?  Maybe. 🤷‍  Looks very much used anyway.  Where did you get it from?
When thinking about it, the top one also looks suspicious.

I bought it from a Japanese site called Yahoo Auctions.
