Let me tell you what I experienced out here in Komifornia. I was lined up at 5:30 am this morning in front of my local Microcenter, Tustin, California. There were like 300 people ahead of me. I had no idea it would be like this and neither did the store as I had asked. The line for my store was larger than the pictures of the 4090 release. Larger than the 4090 release!! I took some photos. I am very sure by now they are sold out. I did not buy a card even though I waited in line. I want a 3x8-pin version of the XTX and that was sold out by the time I had my choice. The only models left were the Reference models rebranded by various AIB partners. I am guessing the other Microcenters are going to report much the same thing. SOLD OUT MAN!
So Well Done AMD and Hey Lisa Baby, get more cards out to your retailers and remedy your software and driver problems. Get those AIB partners in Gear.
