Hi... 

I am using 7700x with MSI x670e carbon wifi

And Kingston furry beast RGB 8gb intel XMP certified ram. I want upgrade my ram then which ram should I use with my system. Is it ok to use intel XMP ram with AMD system or I must buy amd EXPO ram only. Please help me

I have used RAM intended for Intel XMP in the past (DDR4 builds) and it has worked for me.  However, I would do my best to get AMD EXPO RAM for your new build, even if you have to pay more for it.

Using AMD EXPO RAM will minimize the amount of work that you'll need to do to get the RAM running at or near its rated speed.  Generally, 6000 MT/s is still recommended as the optimum speed for AMD CPUs.  At that speed, lower CL is better, so you can just look for specifications similar to what I list below at a reasonable price.

Kits like this are available from G.Skill, Corsair and TeamGroup at my local Micro Center.  Your selection may be different, depending on where you shop.

I wouldn't bother going down to DDR-5600.  Going up to DDR-6400 might work, but it's not guaranteed and most kits will have a higher CL, in the 36-38 range, so real-world performance won't be much higher.

32 GB is good enough for most computers.  You can upgrade to 64 if you can get a good enough price at the speed and CL that you're looking for, but I wouldn't bother.

• I am from India. I am looking for the Corsair vengeance RGB Ram bt unfortunately not available with AMD EXPO bt intel XMP is available. So may I go with XMP ram with my system. Is there any performance difference between expo and XMP ram .

There is no problem with ddr4 .... I want Corsair Ram bt very fewer options available in India for EXPO. XMP ram somehow cheaper than EXPO. If there is no problem with XMP ram then I will go with XMP...... Bt I not getting the solution.

Choose one of the RAM part numbers that satisfies your requirements. All the RAM in this list has been tested by MSI to be compatible with your 7700X AMD Processor.

Pay close attention to the RAM List column titles like DIMM Slots that are compatible and Speeds and whether they can be Overclocked or are compatible with XMP or EXPO or both.

Personally, I've never had any issues with GSkill Trident Neo DDR5 6000mhz. It's my go-to ram for AMD. Generally compatible with everything.

 Yes, I'm using the Trident Z5 Neo. This is good Corsair RAM though: Vengeance DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL30 AMD Expo Intel XMP iCUE Compatible Computer Memory (CMK32GX5M2B6000Z30) or the RGB version (CMH32GX5M2B6000Z30K)

But Corsair cl30 ram not available in India........ Cl 36,38 and 40 is available

@jayanthokam does amazon.com ship to India? I know they ship almost anywhere in the world. I get packages when I'm visiting SE Asia. If not, I'm sure the CL 36 would be just fine.
