OpenGL & Vulkan

Hi,

This extension is missing and VkPhysicalDeviceVulkan12Features::bufferDeviceAddress return 0, so I'm wondering if there's a good reason for it.

I'm using Vulkan SDK 1.2.198.1, driver 21.5.2, RX Vega64 and Win7sp1.

I had a peak at gpuinfo.org and I see this extension available on all kinds of GCN devices going back to 2020, so shouldn't I have it?

Can you output the info from: vulkaninfoSDK.exe

Located in: VulkanSDK\1.2.198.1\Bin\vulkaninfoSDK.exe
