I have simple opencl app with opengl texture interop which animates a picture and when i turn on vertical sync then i observe strong freezes. Why is it?

There are many possibilities, if you could provide us the binary and/or the source code, we can investigate the root-cause and work out the fix(if it's a driver issue) or give back any suggestion to you. Thanks. Also the following information would be helpful:
1. Is it a regression?
2. Driver version ?
3. Graphics card model?
4. How frequent the "freeze" occurs?
5. Steps to re-produce the "freeze"
Can you help even if it's legacy hardware?
I have Radeon HD 7670M. Driver version is 15.200.1062.1004. I tried to use latest driver witch is 15.301.1901.0 but it has more problems in my laptop(no picture - black screen in my app with amd device).
Animation is freezing. 1-1.5 seconds it is smooth then it stops(freezes) for 0.5-1 seconds then smooth again then stops and so on.
Not a regression, i'm just trying this app on that laptop.
Unfortunately, this legacy device is not supported officially, sorry for that. If you have any other problem/question regarding to the recent graphics card, we will try to help, thanks for you input.
