Will Vulkan / OpenCL interop be supported? OpenCL 3.0?

It seems most industry vendors support OpenCL 3.0. AMD has been very silent in that regard.

Is there a plan to support OpenCL 3.0?

Specifically - Interoperability between Vulkan and OpenCL?
