So, for the first time ever I am going to Disneyland! - Oh, I guess my wife and kids are coming too...
ANYWAY! The trip is taking place in January 2023. I've never been, and I thought I might ask if any of you amazing Red Team members have.
If so, do you have any tips, tricks or recommendations?
Never been to Disneyland, but Disney World was a ton of fun as a kid. Only recommendation I have is to have fun! Take it all in with the family and do as much as you can with the time you have allotted. I'm sure Disney Land will be an amazing experience.
Never been, but I just wanted to say I hope you all have an amazing time! General advice for any kind of trip: Make sure to wear comfy shoes and pace yourselves if you plan to do a lot in a single day.
Don't forget to share pics when the time comes!
I only went as a kid, so I can't recommend rides or anything, but one thing I do know is to splurge and get the churros. They are the most incredible thing I've ever eaten.
Oh, you better believe I am going for one of those, and a Turkey Leg - which I have heard legends of.
Turkey legs are magical! One of my go-to foods at any fair or event that sells them.
The food looks amazing but keep a eye out. I have heard that place has REALLY big mice!! 🙂
I hope you have a blessed trip and build many wonderful family memories that will last a lifetime. Your awesome man!! I will be waiting to see pics WITH the Mickey ears on.
Thanks man! I'll make sure to take some pictures worth posting!
OK, did ANYONE else hear " I HAVE THE POWER!!" being yelled in their head the second they saw this picture??
Asking for a friend.
With the trip coming up so soon, here is my selfish
Hopefully you still have a little bit of time before departing for this weather that is hitting the majority of the U.S.A to lighten up a little. Dual countdowns going on in your home I am sure!! Excitement must be going off the charts marking the days (hours and minutes if it was me!) off the calendar for both Christmas AND wheels up time for operation "Monumental Memories"!1
Prayers still going up for a safe & happy trip!!
Just sitting at the LAX airport waiting to fly home. Will give you all a trip report when I'm done, but for now let me leave you with one of the best shots from my trip.
How fun!! Have a safe trip back 🙂 Can't wait to see all the pics
Well it was definitely quite the trip. Unfortunately it rained on us all 3 days, so that made for some not-so-fun times - however we see that we were lucky, California is currently getting flooded with rain.
Overall it was probably an 8/10 trip! A lot of rides were down, and some long waits, unfortunately. However, I would definitely do it again... in a couple of years...
Rise of the Resistance was incredible, it really made you feel like you were in space on a cruiser. Definitely my favourite ride!
UM These pictures are incedible. What kind of camera did you use, these look profresh and disney should commission you hahaha.
I'm sorry it rained!! Did you have to wear those ponchos the whole time haha
Awww thank you ❤️
Funny enough they are just using a regular Pixel 7
These are amazing! I had a friend who went over the holidays too and said the Star Wars attraction was incredible.
Happy to know the rain didn't sour your family trip too much! Disney is on my list one day.
It is worth it— a place to visit at least once. I know many people say you don't need Genie+, but it worked incredibly well for my family so I would definitely recommend it.
maybe try to undervolt mickey mouse to see if his voice gets back to normal , i think he is overheating
In 1971 LA. My sister, her 2 children. Just separated from the Navy. The most amazing thing on that day is when we took the Monorail tour. When we got ready to board they said that there were not enough seats for all four of us. For some reason the 2 pilots / engineers happened by and asked if they could help. They allowed the 2 children to ride in the engine with them. It was a beautiful day.😀
