Cheap CPU pressure desing

I was thinking that with such a Technique. Other conductive material can be used instead of Silicon to design low end gaming CPUs. Of course such a machine would need to be modified to create lanes and other structure. That ain't a easy task.. Once such a machine would come into being. Manufacturing of low end CPUs would 'drop to below zero'.

I love the video but I don't see how metal forming applies to CPU manufacturing.  I could see it apply to computer case manufacturing though.  The use of silicon for the wafers on which the die are created is based on the purity of the material and it's electrical characteristics.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".

I see it as creating small needles that would form layers on the Material. Slowly creating 'relays' to make a functional cpu. At least that how i imagine it. Like a needle on a vinyl player.

But the Application you have stated can be also applied.
