Buy/Sell/Trade forum??

Just throwing this out there to see if there would be any possibility of having a buy/sell/trade forum for the community.  I realize AMD may not want to entertain this idea, but I figured it was worth a shot.  Things are crazy on Ebay and Facebook Marketplace.  I feel like we could make it work without too much trouble in a smaller community like this.  Maybe have a minimum length of time before members can post in that specific forum to weed out most of the illegitimate stuff?

Hear hear. Upvote. Let’s get some traction. I’d much rather buy/sell/trade here than on the “bay”.

Agree would be better if there was a marketplace on here.

Good Idea!

I also agree, there should be a place on here to buy and sell our used gpu's and cpu's and other hardware.

But then they have to look out for fraudsters and hustlers though. and I don't know if Amber and the rest of the moderators would like those responsibilities.

Yeah, there are also probably some legalities to contend with. It may just not be possible on an AMD sanctioned platform.  I've tried to get a buy/sell/trade on my Discord server, but without a large number of active users it isn't terribly useful.

I buy/sell in my country overclockers forum, probably some similar sites in many countries.

Maybe a way to do it is a trading thing only, with no money involved?  You are likely to have more trust that the part is working when it's sent from a forum member, but there's no guarantee.

I have a whole bunch of items that I would like to get rid of and avoiding craigslist and eBay (which I have for years) would be great. That said, we unfortunately live in a world where people are always looking to take advantage of others. I would vote no on this because it would draw in every scumbag from everywhere. Even with no money involved I could see at least 5 ways it would backfire. IMO
