How many of you all use the Adrenalin bug report tool when you run into problems with drivers?

I've never really found them very useful.  

When I have problems, hardware or software, I go to MY logs and start trouble shooting analysis.  I guess it is just carry over as a network administrator.  Nothing I hated more than trying to fix problems when someone does not keep an accurate log of when new hardware or software was installed.  In most cases just uninstalling the software is not the answer because once you install it there may be SHARED System files that get replaced and that is where the problems are likely coming from.

I'm just curious. I feel like if more people used the bug report tool, we end users would get more fixes.

I tend to check the event viewer/logs and then hit google pretty hard. I've never really gotten any solutions from bug reporting tools. If a solution comes, it's never faster than figuring it out myself.

I just don't have any problems with the Adrenalin drivers.  I have eleven gaming computers on my LAN, and several other non-gaming computers; they all run AMD graphics and I have been happy for several years.  So, I don't use the bug report tool.  I must say though that I only play World of Tanks and World of Tanks Blitz personally.  Lots of different games are played on my computers during LAN parties.

When I do have issues with games, I tend to screenshot the issue if I can replicate it and send it in with the tool.

That's a good idea.  A picture is worth a 1,000 words as they say.

Yeah. The way I see it, if I can replicate the issue then so can the driver team.
