I am writing here on behalf of Enemy Territory Legacy Developer Team.
For quite of time players with AMD GPU's started to report to us that skyportals/sky views in game started to flicker randomly and making those weird graphical/visual artefacts.

GPU Affected:
RX 580
RX 5000 Series (cannot specify here)
RX RX6600 (Not sure if any other are affected)
Latest good working GPU Drivers:
