Okay, I just discovered my problem and it's with the onboard gpu driver. Whenever windows 10 installs the amd radeon display driver my computer becomes unusable with intense screen flickering. When the basic Microsoft basic display adapter is used there is no problem. But the computer automatically installs the amd radeon display driver after like 2 minutes.

My specs:
Windows 10 Prof.
AMD ryzen 5 7600x
ASUS ROG strix x670-A gaming wifi
Lian Li strimer plus v2 motherboard cable
LG ultragear 27gp850-b monitor
Lian li uni fan sl120 v2 (case fans) 4x
NZXT Z63 RGB white edition
XPG Lancer RGB LANCER RGB 32gb ddr5
ASUS ROG LOKI SFX-L 750W Platinum power supply
Samsung 980 Pro 1TB
What I tried doing:
Remove the driver in safe mode: automatically installs the amd radeon one again.
Downloaded the AMD software installers to install latest chipset and other software drivers.
Re-seat the RAM memory.
Re-set bios settings to factory.
Remove the battery from my motherboard for a couple of minutes.
Try windows 11 pro: same issue. What else can I try? This is driving me nuts.
Could this be a hardware problem with the motherboard or the CPU since it uses the onboard gpu?
