Hi

I bought a PowerColor  5700 OC and when i play BF4 all of the times the game freeze an appear the message:

DirectX funcion "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The device is hung wich is typically caused by issues in the graphics dricer or alternatively the application") GPU: "AMD Radeon 5700"

Other times the game freeze and close.

I already made a clean install of Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.1.3 Recommended (WHQL) and Direcx but stiil the same.

Can anyone help?

My Config:

Intel 8600k - 4.6

16 GB ddr4 - 3000

SSD 500GB

YES i am not alone!

Yesterday i played 3 hours straight on GTA V without a single issue (which is also DX11).

BF4? crashes with this error within minutes. tried DDU in safe mode and fresh install.

Tried disabling overlays, lowering gpu clocks, different versions of adrenaline etc..

I also clean installed windows 10. 

Tbh BF4 is my fav game and i can't play it. I will post my system info here aswell:

3800X.

2x8GB G.Skill 3600C15.

5700 XT Anniversary edition.

Corsair SF750W Platinum.

970 Evo plus 1TB.
