Hello, every time I play Valorant, my game always stutters. I checked my clock speed in MSI Afterburner, and it only shows 500MHz. Here are my specs:

• Motherboard: X570
• CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
• GPU: 6700XT
• PSU: 700W
• RAM : 32GB (2x16) 3200Mhz

Here are the things I have done to try and fix the issue:

• Reinstalled AMD drivers using DDU.
• Updated chipset drivers.
• Updated BIOS.
• Disabled ULPS in MSI Afterburner.
• Tried to lock my GPU clock speed using MSI Afterburner, but it wouldn't lock.
• Reinstalled AMD drivers with minimal installation with 21.6.2 drivers.

I have the exact same problem with the same graphics card. I recently upgraded from an Nvidia 1060 6GB and I was getting more fps on valorant with it than with my new 6700XT.
