Hi! I would have such a problem with my RX5700xt card that for a while now every game would show white little dots on the darker, shaded edges. The anti-aliasing settings I looked all the way through is not a problem, I took off shadow to low and also produces the same. Drivers are fresh, I didn't pull the card. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LfdfHceUjHBGghjeFbZY6nrnm-zo8kC8/view?usp=sharing This video shows the problem. Thank you in advance for your help.
You sure it happens in every game?
Yes, and mainly in the darker edges and areas.
Does the card perform as expected? Maybe worse? Have you already tried doing some benchmarks? Does it produce any other "artifacts" of some sort?
Sadly, but no. I was expecting even more about the card. I have tried with the cinebench and problem was still exists. The card only shows this type of artifact, and its really frustrating.
Run e.g. userbenchmark's tests and send us the results.

Do you know the temps of the card?
Im owner of a 5600xt and i feel the same not pretty much while gaming but mostly when i'm browsing, moving my mouse point faster over the desktop.. quite annoyinng.
Ok, I got them. Something is wrong with your GPU. There might be a software problem between something and AMD's driver.
Thats not good. What can i do to fix the problem?
the situation still exists, i dont know what can i do, its really frustrating
What have you done already to workaround the issue? Give us more detailed information so we can help you out.
I uninstalled the drivers with DDU , and after that I download the newest driver from AMD. I tried to lower/off the shadows and still exists.
i) Have you checked if there's a newer bios available to this card?
ii) Have you uninstalled (using Revo Uninstaller, AMD Cleanup Tool, and DDU) the AMD chipset drivers and installed the lastest version?
iii) Have you tried to install just the drivers for your gpu without the Adrenalin? Device Manager > Right click on VGA > updated drivers (extract all the content from amd adrenalin package but skip the software installation... then you go manually in device manager and update it using the files extracted to the folder you set). You can do that and use ASUS GPU Tweak II to draw the fan curve.
iv) Is Windows fully updated?
v) Have you try to swap from auto to gen4 or gen3 pci express in bios settings?
vi) Try to uninstall any kind of monitoring software like msi afterburn and stuff like that.
Before to follow these steps, try to turn off any feature in adrenalin and see what happens.
Good luck!
RMA the card.
