my pc cant detect xfx radeon rx 5700 xt thicc iii ultra boost

does anyone know why my gpu isnt detected by my pc 

i have a xfx radeon rx 5700 xt thicc iii ultra boost gpu

intel i7 10700 cpu 2,90 ghz

and a 650 w powersupply 

motherboard tuff gaming b460 plus

Is the monitor cable connected to the 5700 port, and mobo bios setting changed to pcie gen for initial display?

my monitor is connected to hdmi to hdmi but when hdmi is in gpu it wont give signal to display but in the motherboard it gives display but the pc wont detect in device manager and i changed the pcie to gen 3

Suggest you try asking on the asus rog forum for further assistance.
