I do not have very much knowledge when it comes to computers beyond the very basics. I have a GL702ZC, laptop. I am running the Radeon RX 580 4096 MB. When I open the gaming center or MSI afterburner, I notice the GPU Memory (Frequency?) constantly jumps from 300MHz to 2000MHz when I have nothing running. I do not know if this is a bad thing or if it really matters? But the Gaming Center suggests its not because the 2000MHz is marked in red (meaning bad I guess). What can I do or should I do to make the memory not run at maximum?

GPU: Radeon RX 580 4096MB
