monitor get no signal after bios start

System Specifications: Windows 11 22H2 build 22621.1848

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 default setting

GPU: XFX AMD Radeon RX 6600 with Adrenaline version 23.5.2

Mortherboard: B450 Tomahawk Max bios ver 7C02v3G

Ram: ADATA XPG GAMMIX D10 8GB 3000 x2

Storage: 256GB SSD

PSU: Huntkey GS 500 450W

Display: AOC 1619SW with Adapter Display Port to VGA

I use another motinor and it's display fine, and in setting i see that windows detect both my monitor, but that one still get no singal

If the monitor without signal concerns the one connected with DP>VGA Adapter then most likely the issue is with the Adapter.

See if you get video output to a DP Monitor then that would indicate the adapter as your problem. I would also check the DP cable and VGA Cable unless you have a DP to VGA cable and not a adapter.

in the video i show that the monitor has singnal on bios start, so i think it unlikely is the adapter is the problem.
