Cannot enable HDR with eyefinity (5760x1080)

6900XT/Windows 10/1080p x 3 Triple screen (hdmi 2.0)

I can enable HDR (every each monitors) when eyefinity is not active.

but when eyefinity is activated, HDR toggle disappearing from windows display option.

I changed every option I can. but nothing works.

kindly help me.

- dxdiag says hdr is not supported when eyefinity is enabled. when it is not enabled, dxdiag says all the monitors are hdr supported.

When you have Eyefinity enabled does Windows Settings show HDR as an option?

Found this Windows Tech site about HDR. It says on Multi-Displays if it is set for DUPLICATE, HDR will be disabled: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-fix-common-problems-hdr-displays-windows-10

"Multi-monitor setup HDR not available

If you connected an external HDR display, and you don't see the option to enable HDR in the Windows HD Color settings, then it is likely because Windows 10 is duplicating the desktop on both screens, which is not a supported configuration."

Not sure if this is the reason why Eyefinity has HDR disabled.

Thanks for the comment but duplicate screen is not related eyefinity. when eyefinity is enabled. windows 10 recognize monitors as a single display. as I told before HDR is enabled when eyefinity is not activated.

rozera,

Did you figure out how to make this work? I'm seeing the same thing. I can enable HDR individually for my three monitors, but once I enable Eyefinity, I'm not able to use HDR anymore.

Thanks!

I have the same concern, 6900XTU card, 3 Gigabyte M27Q monitors, win 11 pro, all  updated.  Can set HDR on each individual monitor, but as soon as eyefinity is enabled, reverts back to no toggle option.  Leads me to think its a driver, or windows issue.  Could be wrong.
