UPDATE: I'm a moron! 2 things weren't related. It's the "instant replay" indicator that simply started working after driver crash!!!!!!!!!! Since relive didn't work for me at all before I didn't know about. Thus why even reinstalling drivers ordeal (had issue with it faulty uninstalling and installing thus butching windows and forcing me to uninstall and install drivers in safe mode)
Crash issue Initially with GTFO at least. Maybe??? Just maybe! Disabling "surface format optimization" seemed to fix it. But will have to test playing game longer.

So issue was, I was playing GTFO, got driver time out error. And after that driver timeout error I got odd artifact in top left of the screen. I tried driver clean uninstall (had lot of hassle with that) and finally installing optional driver made my PC work again..... BUT the visual glitch didnt disappear... any solution for it or I have to send GPU to warranty?
