Windows installation' display output breaks down at account setting

My graphical card (display) question has 3 parts:

1) The same queston others formulated was in thread ...
https://community.amd.com/t5/general-discussions/quot-no-signal-quot-after-quot-check-signal-cable-q...
- MSI B350M PRO-VDH, 601-7A38-030B1801002723guidnode://1008A7D0B78F10E605FC750A95AF3FCCA866BC77
- AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB Red Dragon V2 Graphics Card, AXRX D5–3DHDV2/OC, Black
Problem:   "No Signal" after "Check signal cable" with a connected Radeon RX 580
Starting the PC, the display shows at first "Check signal cable" and some seconds later "No Signal", nothing else.
If I remove the display cable, then "Check signal cable" is there again
Solution:   Probably a Graphical Card error, needs future testing.

2) Using an emergency USB to fully format the SSD
The PC was usable with the emergency windows 10 for a long time, w/o any problem with the usual low resolution output (DVI).
The HDMI output is not working at all, the display does not show any content, the CheckSignalCable <-> NoSignal phenomen is the only life-sign.

3) Windows (21H2) installation (from USB) was started more times, every time the display (via DVI) went dark just after the account (local or MS) setting .
In that time the PC was runningin the first "virgin" startup (w/o the USB), after having closed region-, keyboard- and network-settings.

And here comes the weird part...
After having built this PC at first time (in 2018) the same sutuation occured, just like now, more times.
The solution was to use the HDMI cable, so the whole installation went through and I have used the PC with the HDMI cable 3+ years long, w/o any problem.

Question: what happens in/after the windows installation's account setting part, which forces the Darkness on the display ...
Or should I just throw the Graphical Card out and buy a new one ?
