My system would lag from time to time whenever i would stream on 8 websites all at the same time, but i know its not because i stream on 8 different websites, because my cpu usage would only reach 66%, my thermals are pretty normal as well, this would only happen whenever System from task manager would start using around 10% CPU usage from its normal usage of 0.1-0.5%. I already reinstalled windows 11, the lagging didnt happen, but after few weeks, it came back again. What can i do to find out whats causing this lag?
